CENTURION FLUSHING & TESTING SUPPORTS OFFSHORE LNG EXPANSION

Centurion Flushing & Testing (UK) is delivering critical support for a major offshore LNG development, supplying specialist equipment and services to DOF Subsea, a leading international subsea contractor.

This multi-faceted package includes topside and subsea bolt tensioning and torquing equipment, nitrogen testing units, and pull cylinders to assist with both the expansion of offshore infrastructure and the refurbishment of existing production assets.

To meet the project's technical requirements, Centurion’s Flushing & Testing team designed a custom flange rotational alignment tool. This innovative solution enables safe, precise alignment of hang-off flanges weighing over 10 tonnes – a key step in supporting Rope Access Technicians operating in challenging offshore conditions.

The project involves more than 40 major connections and over 600 studs requiring precise torque and tensioning. Centurion technicians are deployed offshore and working across multiple vessels to ensure safe, efficient execution.
