CENTURION’S GROWTH STREAK CONTINUES, WELCOMES CANLIFT TO THE GROUP

Centurion is pleased to announce the acquisition of Canadian-based Canlift Crane Inc (“Canlift”), the latest business to join the Group. This is Centurion’s second acquisition in Canada and the third in the space of two months.

Based in Grande Prairie, Canada, Canlift is a leading provider of crane services to all major industry sectors in Alberta and British Columbia. Canlift is the latest addition to Centurion Canada Rentals & Services geomarket (CRS) and joins the well-known brands of Arctic Crane, Polar Septic Systems, Prospector Energy Services, Tango Delta Rentals, and Waste Treatment Solutions.

The acquisition of Canlift was carried out as part of Centurion’s ambitious M&A growth strategy.
