CENTURION ACCOMMODATION & MODULAR (AU) SECURES MAJOR RENEWABLE ENERGY CAMP BUILD CONTRACT

A transformational camp hire project has been awarded to Centurion Accommodation & Modular (AU), supporting a major transmission line installation project that will expand grid capacity for regional renewable energy projects.

This significant multi-year camp hire package consists of 200 ensuite accommodation rooms including service buildings, kitchen, dining rooms, offices, first aid room, gymnasium, recreation rooms, and a Tavern. The supply includes a comprehensive communications package, CCTV security and satellite TV.

This is a new-build camp designed in house by Centurion Accommodation & Modular to comply with the Building Code of Australia, including Bush Fire certification and the cooler climate zone to which the camp will be located.

Centurion will leverage its combined capabilities within the region to support this project, with the Centurion Water & Wastewater Solutions (AU) business line supplying the camp’s water treatment and wastewater treatment plants – essential for the project’s sustainable operations.

This camp project directly supports the construction of infrastructure set to increase the distribution of hydroelectric energy to the New South Wales grid, enhancing the security, reliability and sustainability of electricity across the state.
