Fernando Assing

Chief Executive Officer

Fernando is Centurion Group’s Chief Executive Officer. Prior to becoming CEO of Centurion Group, Fernando was President, CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of the NASDAQ-listed oilfield services Group, Tesco Corporation. Having joined Tesco Corporation in 2009 as the Senior VP of Marketing and Business Development, with a particular focus on technology and the corporate strategy, he was appointed COO and Executive Vice President in 2011 and January 2014 respectively, becoming President & CEO in December 2014. Fernando managed the sale of the business to Nabors in late 2017 in an all-stock transaction. Prior to Tesco Corporation he worked at Schlumberger, a leading oilfield services company. Fernando is also a non-executive director of Enerflex, a TSX listed energy services company.

Euan Leask

Chief Financial Officer

Euan was appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer of Centurion Group in December 2017. Previously, Euan was CFO of Centurion International having been appointed to the role following its merger with ATR in 2016 having held the role at ATR since 2012. Prior to joining ATR, he was CFO at Triton Group, a SCF platform company that merged with Forum Energy Technologies. A Chartered Accountant, Euan has also held senior roles at RBS as head of structured finance, providing leveraged finance for oil services and acquisitions. Euan started his career at Deloitte in Audit and Assurance.

Derek Elzner

President, US Region

Derek Elzner serves as the President of US Land. Prior to this, Derek was President of Oil Patch Group, an energy equipment and services Group comprising of four specialist companies, servicing major oil companies and independent operators in every major shale basin in the United States.

Chris Martineau

President, Canada - Infrastructure

Chris serves as President, Canada Infrastructure, having previously held various positions within the SITE Group of companies for 16 years, focusing on long term industry partners in the heavy oil and mid-stream market. Latterly, Chris held the position of Vice President, Operations for Canada Infrastructure.

Trevor Williams

President, Canada - Rentals & Services

Trevor Williams serves as the President, Canada Rentals & Services. Prior to this, he was President at Waste Treatment Solutions Ltd, the provider of oilfield rental supply services intended for combined sewage treatment, dual generator and lighting systems.

Keith Moorhouse

Vice President, UK and Caspian Region

Keith was appointed President, International Development, following its merger with ATR in 2016. He joined ATR as Director responsible for Sales and Operations, forming part of a private equity backed Management Buy In team in 2007, becoming CEO in 2009. In March 2012, Keith led a secondary MBO which saw Stage Capital (formerly NBGI Private Equity) investing in the Group with an ambitious strategy for growth through product and service line expansion, acquisitions and geographic expansion. Prior to joining ATR, Keith held a number of senior positions within the BSS Group plc including Regional MD (Scotland and Northern England).

Ian Rogers

Vice President, Middle East Region

Ian has been the CEO of Specialist Services since January 2010, when he took over executive responsibility from the retiring, previous proprietor of the company, Philip Bond. Ian has 29 years Senior Management experience in the Middle East (23 years) and Asia (spending 6 years in Singapore) in both B2C and B2B markets.

He has had a significant impact on realising the growth opportunities within the businesses he has led, most notably with Aggreko International, Aggreko Asia and most recently Specialist Services, where the elements of aggressive sales, the enhancement of facilities and resources, the development of people and the drive for quality throughout the business have all contributed to significant improvements in shareholder value.

Suzanne Park

Head of Compliance

Appointed Head of Compliance in 2021 following two years with Centurion as General Counsel, Suzanne has over twenty years of in-house legal, compliance and commercial experience in the energy services sector with a particular focus on the Middle East, West Africa, South East Asia and the US. A Solicitor and Notary Public, Suzanne previously held key roles with large scale corporate and private equity backed international oil and gas service companies.
