Fernando Assing

Chief Executive Officer

Fernando is Centurion Group’s Chief Executive Officer. Prior to becoming CEO of Centurion Group, Fernando was President, CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of the NASDAQ-listed oilfield services Group, Tesco Corporation. Having joined Tesco Corporation in 2009 as the Senior VP of Marketing and Business Development, with a particular focus on technology and the corporate strategy, he was appointed COO and Executive Vice President in 2011 and January 2014 respectively, becoming President & CEO in December 2014. Fernando managed the sale of the business to Nabors in late 2017 in an all-stock transaction. Prior to Tesco Corporation he worked at Schlumberger, a leading oilfield services company. Fernando is also a non-executive director of Enerflex, a TSX listed energy services company.

Euan Leask

Chief Financial Officer

Euan was appointed to the role of Chief Financial Officer of Centurion Group in December 2017. Previously, Euan was CFO of Centurion International having been appointed to the role following its merger with ATR in 2016 having held the role at ATR since 2012. Prior to joining ATR, he was CFO at Triton Group, a SCF platform company that merged with Forum Energy Technologies. A Chartered Accountant, Euan has also held senior roles at RBS as head of structured finance, providing leveraged finance for oil services and acquisitions. Euan started his career at Deloitte in Audit and Assurance.

David Osburn

President, US Region

David was appointed as Centurion’s President – US Region in 2023, overseeing the operational and strategic direction for the region. David joined Centurion in 2021 as VP Sales and Marketing following an 18-year tenure with Oil States Energy Services. He worked at Schlumberger for ten years prior to this, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering and Business.

Keith Moorhouse

President, UK, Europe and Caspian Region

Keith was appointed as President – UK, Europe and Caspian in 2023, previously serving as Vice President for the region. He joined Centurion following its merger with ATR in 2016 where he was CEO. He led a secondary MBO in 2012, which saw Stage Capital (formerly NBGI Private Equity) invest, driving a growth strategy through product and service line diversification, acquisitions and geographic expansion.

Chris Ridley

Vice President, Middle East & North Africa

Chris serves as Vice President of the Middle East & North Africa Region, having previously held the position of Specialist Services’ Group Sales and Marketing Director. Chris has significant international manufacturing, operational and business development experience and has been a key part of the Specialist Services team for over a decade.

Brad Cowain

Vice President, Asia-Pacific Region

Brad was appointed to Vice President – Asia-Pacific Region in 2023, overseeing operations, business activities and drives the strategy in the region. Brad has 15+ years of senior leadership and operations experience, having previously served as regional Vice President Subsea Services UK and Vice President Subsea Services APAC for Aker Solutions. He holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Gary Chapman

Head of Legal

Gary was appointed to the position of Acting General Counsel in February 2020 and Head of Legal in May 2021, overseeing all of Centurion’s legal activities. A solicitor and Notary Public, Gary has amassed over 20 years legal experience, and previously served as a partner in the Corporate Finance team at one of Scotland’s leading independent law firms.

Caroline Muir

Head of Tax

Caroline serves as Centurion’s Global Head of Tax, appointed to her post in 2023. A chartered accountant, Caroline trained with Arthur Anderson and spent 20 years with Deloitte, achieving the role of tax partner with the firm. Overseeing responsibility for the Group’s tax affairs, Caroline has decades of valuable industry experience and is a highly experienced tax professional.

Suzanne Park

Head of Compliance

Appointed as Head of Compliance in 2021 following two years as General Counsel, Suzanne has over twenty years of in-house legal, compliance and commercial experience in the energy services sector focusing on the Middle East, West Africa, South East Asia and the US. A Solicitor and Notary Public, Suzanne previously held roles with large scale corporate and private equity backed international energy service companies.

Mark Raper

Head of Finance

Mark has served as Head of Finance since 2017, overseeing financial direction and strategy. He was previously appointed as Centurion’s Group Finance Director in 2016 following its merger with ATR, where he held the position of Group Finance Controller. Mark began his career at Johnston Carmichael in Audit and Assurance, later serving as an Associate Director within their Corporate Finance Team.

Jenny Stark

Head of Corporate Projects

Jenny was appointed Head of Corporate Projects in 2023. She is responsible for investor relations, bank financings and acquisitions in her current role. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Jenny joined Centurion’s Group finance team in 2018 and served most recently as Director, Corporate Projects. She previously held roles with Deloitte and Johnston Carmichael in audit and advisory.

Richard Wray

Head of IT

Richard is Centurion’s Head of IT, appointed to his post in 2023 after previously serving as IT Systems & Infrastructure Manager. He manages Centurion’s IT on a global scale, and has played a key part in the development, management and maintenance of our IT systems and infrastructure throughout a number of restructurings, acquisitions, and various strategic projects.
